Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 20 February 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Auriavia Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or directly with Auriavia.

  • Sessions are conducted online or in person as specified at the time of booking.

  • Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information when scheduling sessions.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

  • If you fail to attend a session without prior notice ("no-show"), the session is non-refundable and will be considered used.

  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule within [X] months of the original booking, subject to availability.

  • For emergency situations, exceptions may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments for financial therapy and coaching services are final and non-refundable, except as required by Australian consumer law.

  • If you have purchased a multi-session package, unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled within the package validity period.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the service unless a serious breach of service standards has occurred.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disrupting other clients.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be considered a no-show and forfeited.

5. Confidentiality, Privacy & Session Recording

  • All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Sessions are recorded for quality assurance, professional development, and client review purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must inform us in writing before your session.

  • Session recordings are stored securely on a password protected hard drive and will not be shared externally without your explicit written consent.

  • Exceptions to confidentiality apply where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, legal obligations).

6. Scope of Services

  • Auriavia provides financial therapy and coaching services focused on money mindset, behavioural change, and emotional well-being.

  • We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or legal services.

  • If you require regulated financial advice, we recommend consulting a licensed financial planner.

7. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is required at the time of booking via Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal.

  • Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect existing bookings.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your session or service.

8. Package Expiry (For Multi-Session Packages)

  • All multi-session packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused sessions beyond the expiry period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Clients must engage respectfully during sessions.

  • Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
